Unfortunately, careless trailer manufacturing practices are often standard equipment.
Before any other work is done, we apply interior anti-corrosion treatments and sealant-adhesion primer. Even "all-aluminum" trailers aren't all aluminum.
You no longer have to afford six-figures or 40 feet of RV to have an efficient space designed for your lifestyle or your mobile office space. Even our most basic outfitting typically includes:
- Minimum axle rating of 5,200 lbs.
- Minimum aluminum siding thickness of .040" (same as many commercial aircraft)
- One-piece aluminum roof provides fewer opportunities for leaks
- Anti-corrosion and primer preparation of interior metal-to-metal surfaces
- R21 or better ceiling, R10 or better walls, and R5 or better heated floor (actual insulation, not "reflective" RV claims)
- Sanitary recycled or re-used materials whenever available and practical
- Thermal-pane windows or ceiling escape hatch (one minimum as an emergency exit)
- Composite engineered flooring (some other options available)
- Cork-lined interior door surfaces
- Simple stabilizing jacks in rear and upgraded tongue jack
- LED lighting package, exterior and interior
- Many other custom options available
